Grand Harbor’s newly remodeled Fitness Center allows Members to achieve fitness goals with new state-of-the-art equipment including free weights, stretching equipment, cardio machines and an aerobics studio. Members leave our gym feeling and knowing that they just had a first-class workout session!

Personal trainers are available based on referral. Using a personal trainer is a great way to learn proper technique when taking advantage of the Club’s fitness equipment. They also provide a little added encouragement to our Members’ fitness routine.

Fitness classes are held weekly during the season in our aerobics studio. Our fitness class schedule includes: yoga, qi-gong, zumba, pilates and the all new melt method class. Water aerobics is held at our club pool three times a week during season – our most popular fitness class!
