Fitness Center

Our fitness center gives you access to state-of-the-art equipment to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you prefer free weights, stretching, cardio machines, or aerobics classes, we offer the tools you need to become your best self.

Personal Trainers

Personal trainers are available to create customized fitness programs, offer guidance on proper techniques, and support you in achieving your health and wellness goals. Enjoy the added motivation that comes from working with a personal trainer, as they provide encouragement and accountability every step of the way.

Group Fitness

Looking for a group fitness activity? Fitness and yoga classes are held weekly at the Club, including Mat Pilates, Qi Gong, Strength Training 101, and Yoga at the Beach Club.

Water Aerobics

Want to add an aquatic aspect to your fitness routine? Join one of our most popular fitness class – water aerobics – held three times a week at the Club pool.

Pickleball

Our brand-new pickleball courts provide members with a social, accessible, and healthy sport. Members can improve their skills by attending clinics or taking lessons that are offered daily. Pickleball is easy to pick up but challenging to master. Grab a paddle and give it a try!
